Enjoy a trip through the wonderful world of oyster provenance by exploring fresh shucked oysters out of our three tiered live oyster tank! We'll be shucking pacific oysters from bays throughout Tasmania and South Australia, rock oysters from NSW and Native Flat angasi oysters from Tasmania! On your lucky day you'll even get to sample hand dived Port Phillip Bay scallops and small green lip abalone!
